Evelyn Baylin, Chief Executive Officer
Evelyn Baylin began her professional career in 1984 by founding Classic Design Contracting, a unique woman-owned home improvement company that was eventually blended into Net-AV. Evelyn's business and financial acumen has been critical to the growth and success of Net-AV, driving the company to a record revenue mark in 2010. In addition to managing the day-to-day business operation, she oversees strategic planning, the development of new systems and processes, and new business development.
Ron Baylin, Chief Operating Officer
Ron Baylin founded Net-AV in 2000. Ron quickly realized that the future was in networked systems and saw an opportunity to bring his talents for IT integration into play. As committed to honesty and integrity as he is to innovation, Ron's hands-on field management has helped build Net-AV one relationship at a time; he is proud that his success is due primarily to referrals and repeat business from satisfied customers.
Frank Steinert, C.M.L., Project Manager, Field Engineer
Over his almost-ten years with Net-AV, Frank Steinert has leveraged his expertise in facilities management by overseeing the customized design/build of many boardrooms, conference rooms, and video teleconference centers—and prides himself on quickly finding thoughtful solutions to difficult challenges, both in the field and at the project site. Frank is a triple threat: true craftsmen with audio-video, IT, and facilities talents, plus the experience to customize or custom fabricate whatever is needed to get the job done.
Arthur Jenne, Project Engineer
Just like so many of our clients, Art Jenne came to Net-AV through a referral from a friend and has been a part of the team since 2008. Attracted by both the corporate culture and reputation for quality, Art enjoys the challenge of finding the right equipment for each job and integrating the individual pieces into a fully functional system. Art had CAD experience and is an ACE Control System Installation Expert, certified by Lutron and Sivoia QED for Pro AV, Crestron Certification and has received Tandberg Technical Training.
Frank Frazier, Service Manager
Frank Frazier took an interesting path to Net-AV, with positions as diverse as graphic artist and video game designer, for companies ranging from Michelin Tire to Atari. But he found his niche at Net-AV, fabricating and integrating AV systems and ensuring responsive customer service. His wide-ranging experience and skills make him a creative problem-solver, and he loves working in an environment of mutual support and cooperation. Frank is a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS), Certified Extron AV Associate, OSHA Certified, and an AMX Certified Installer.
Holly Hayslette, Operations Administrator
Holly Hayslette is the nexus of all activity at Net-AV, supporting the entire team and the internal point of contact for everyone in every way. Holly's experience in banking means she's on top of the details; her experience with customer service means she knows the importance of being responsive and easy to work with. For her part, Holly loves the family atmosphere at Net-AV and is glad to be such an integral part of the team.
